DATE OF ISSUING: 14TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017

(1) The Kaduna State Government in its continued support in fighting the menace of HIV/AIDS and managing the affected by the provision of LABORATORY DISPOSABLES, PRODUCTION OF COPIES OF HTS ALGORITHM, ART JOB AIDS, LAB SOPS, PMTCT AND ART GUIDELINES AND COPIES OF NHMIS TOOLS has allocated funds for the Procurement of the stated items.
(2) The Kaduna State AIDS Control Agency (KADSACA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for LABORATORY DISPOSABLES, PRODUCTION OF COPIES OF HTS ALGORITHM, ART JOB AIDS, LAB SOPS, PMTCT AND ART GUIDELINES AND COPIES OF NHMISTOOLS
(3) Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding (CB) procedures specified in the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KPPA) Guidelines and are open to all bidders as defined in the Guidelines.
(4) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, The Executive Secretary, Kaduna State AIDS Control Agency, Kaduna.
(5) Qualifications requirements include:
(a) Evidence of Registration with Cooperate Affairs,
(b) Evidence of experience in similar supply(s) executed,
(c ) Audited Financial Statement
(d) Tax Clearance.
( e) Evidence of registration with Kaduna State Tenders Board

The Bidding Documents after completion should be delivered directly in the Bid Box (at the Executive Secretary’s Office).

(7) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 Noon on, 11th Day of October, 2017 in the Bid Box. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or their representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address
below immediately after closure (on 11th Day of October, 2017).
