Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital: Its MISSION is to provide specialized, affordable, accessible and qualitative promotive, preventive and curative health care services for our patients, engage in research and teaching activities and serve as a Centre of Excellence for the diagnosis, management and control of Lassa Fever.

INVITATION TO TENDER

The Management of Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital wishes to invite Tenders from Training Consultants and Contractors for the following:

LOT 1: Conduct of Intensive Clinical Workshops on Diagnosis and Management of Lassa Fever across the six GEO-POLITICAL ZONES. (N 50,000.00 Tender Fee)

LOT 2: Procurement of one (1) 250kVA Generator (Basic) (N 30,000.00 Tender Fee)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

Detailed company profile showing evidence of relevant equipment and evidence of key personnel

Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2014, 2015 and 2016) with Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Valid PENCOM Compliance Certificate

Evidence of Certificate of Compliance by Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)

Valid Industry Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate

Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of registration on National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers in line with section 16(7) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007.

Audited company account for the last three (3) year (2014, 2015 and 2016)

Evidence of similar jobs completed/on-going by the company

Evidence of financial strength, credit worthiness and solvency from company’s Banker(s)

Evidence of being a Manufacturer Representative for Medical Equipment

A sworn affidavit in line with the provision of Part IV. Section 16(f) of the public Procurement Act (2007) stating that:

1. All documents/information presented are genuine and verifiable
2. None of the Director(s) of the firm has been convicted by any court of law within and outside Nigeria

iii. None of the company’s Directors or the company itself is bankrupt

1. None of the officers of Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital (ISTH) or bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present staff of the company

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The Bid Documents should be enveloped and sealed, stating the business name and address, the Lot no. on the reversed side of the envelope and addressed to:

Prospective Tenders are to pay non-refundable Tender Fee as specified above for the project to Federal Teaching Hospital Irrua using Remmita platform and also visit the Hospital to obtain detailed description/specification from the Planning Department before bidding.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BID

Technical and Financial bids MUST be in separate sealed envelopes and should be submitted on or before 11:00AM on Thursday 8th January, 2018 while the opening of ids take place immediately after the closing time.

Any bid not submitted before the closing time shall be rejected.
