TENDERING FOR PROVISION OF ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its “Strengthening Resilience in the Northern Nigeria, Abuja” Programme, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and the European Union, invites qualified Architectural/Engineering Companies (only with Offices in Yola and legally allowed to work in Nigeria) to express their interest, find the details below:

To engage the services of Architectural-Engineering Companies to provide technical and financial services to the construction of projects in Yola, Adamawa State.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified Architectural/Engineering companies (resident in Adamawa or Environs) to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Company profile
c. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (at least 5 years)
d. Proof of Registration with National Institute of Architectural (NIA) Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)

For consideration, all interested & qualified Architectural/Engineering Companies (resident in Adamawa or Environs) should submit the aforementioned documents as either hard copy in sealed envelope to GIZ reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja or send as an email attachment to procurement-nigeria@giz.de; kindly label as follows:
