 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 The Deutsche Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Support to Strengthening Resilience in North-East Nigeria”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and Development of Germany, would like to procure 5 units of modified Containers for Office and Accommodation Purpose. These containers will be delivered at the project office in Miaduguri with the following be not limited specifications:

• 2 units of 3m by 7m office container with the following pre-installed in each container: WC, Wash Hand Basin and Office Partition.
• 2 units of 3m by 7m Accommodation container with the following pre-installed in each container: WC, Wash Hand Basin, Shower and Partition.
• Purchase of 1.35m by 2.6m Drivers Containers.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified firms to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

1. Comprehensive company profile
2. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
3. An official letter expressing interest and any other supporting documents
4. Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender preferably introductory bank letter
5. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (construction, etc.). Only third party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.

For consideration, all interested & qualified bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No.4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labeled:

Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages otherwise your bid will be not considered. Only complete documents received at the physical address or email address indicated not later than Wednesday November 29^th, 2017 by 4pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.

 Do not send price offer, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest.
