CORRIGENDUM: INVITATION TO TENDER

The Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to draw the attention of the general to the public to the procurement notices published in the Guardian Newspaper dated Wednesday, August 23^rd, 2017, Page 45, Leadership Newspaper of Wednesday, August 23^rd, 201 Page 17 and the Federal Tenders Journal dated Monday, 13 No. 18 Page 17 Addendum notices published in the Guardian Newspaper dated Monday, September 11^th, 2017, Page 26 and Leadership Newspaper of Monday, September 11^th, 2017, Page 22.

Please be informed that the procurement notice published in the above mentioned newspaper has been amended to include the following:

1.         SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Prospective bidders shall enclose their Technical document in a separate envelope (Marked Technical) and the Financial Bids in another envelope (marked Financial) and the two separates envelope shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope with wax clearly marked INVITATION TO TENDER – Lot No (indicate the Lot the bid is for) and should be submitted not later than 2:00pm (Nigerian Time) on Monday, 23^rd October,2017 as against the earlier date of Wednesday, 27^th September, 2017 to the following address:

                                                   Plot 420 Tigris Crescent,

                                                          Maitama, Abuja

2.           NEW CLOSING/OPENING DATE

Submission of bids shall close at 2:00pm (Nigerian Time) Monday, 23^rd October, 2017 as against the earlier date of Wednesday, 27^th September, 2017 to be immediately followed by the bid opening on the same date. All interested members of the public, civil societies and representatives of interested firms are hereby invited to witness the opening at the Commission’s Multi- Purpose Hall, 2^nd Floor, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Off AguiyiIronsi Street, Maitama Abuja at 2:00pm Monday, 23^rd October, 2017

3.       Furthermore, the only Technical Bids will be opened on the bid opening date at the deadline for submission while financial bids of successful bidders in the technical evaluation will be opened publicly at a later date.

4.       All other eligibility requirements listed in the earlier publications remains valid.

5.       Any inconvenience caused as a result of this additional information is regretted please.
