1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Management of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) hereby request for submission of Expression of Interest (EoI) from reputable and interested Consultants for the following 2017 Capital Projects being carried out by the Council.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Lot 1: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Illushi at Esan LGA, Edo State.
Lot 2: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Anegbette at Etsako LGA, Edo State.
Lot 3: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Oladokun Akuo at Moro LGA, Kwara State.
Lot 4: The Establishment of Automated Records Management System (ARMS) at NSDC Head Office, Abuja.
Lot 1: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Illushi at Esan LGA, Edo State.
Lot 2: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Anegbette at Etsako LGA, Edo State.
Lot 3: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Oladokun Akuo at Moro LGA, Kwara State.
Lot 4: The Establishment of Automated Records Management System (ARMS) at NSDC Head Office, Abuja.
3.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Consultant wishing to submit Expression of Interest should submit the following:
i. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years.
iii. PENCOM Compliance Certificate.
iv. ITF Compliance Certificate.
v. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
vi. Evidence of Compliance with the provisions of the FRCN Act, 2011 (for Lots 1- Lot 4).
vii. Evidence of Registration with Nigerian Institute of Social Science (for Lots 1-Lot 3).
viii. Evidence of previous similar work done by submission of letters of awards, valuation
certificates and job completion certificates.
ix. Evidence of Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevantcommittees of the National Sugar Development Council, Abuja or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the
bidder and to confirm that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in all particulars.
x. The tender should be inclusive of all taxes.
Consultant wishing to submit Expression of Interest should submit the following:

Deadline for the submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) is two weeks from the date of this publication i.e. not later than 12 noon on 11th October, 2017, while the bids will be opened immediately at NSDC Conference Room. Only shor-listed bidders will be issued Request for Proposal (RfP).
Any EoI received after this date will not be entertained. NSDC is not bound to accept any bid and would not enter into correspondence with any Consultant.
