(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, in compliance with the requirement of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, invites interested reputable companies, with relevant experience to tender for the under listed 2017 capital projects.

(1.2) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
(i) Detailed company profile
(ii) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (Certificate of Incorporation)
(iii) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three consecutive years (2014 -2016).
(iv) Submission of Audited Accounts for 2014,2015, & 2016.
(v) Evidence of registration on the 8PP National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by inclusion of the Interim Registration Report, issued by BPP.
(vi) Evidence of certificate of compliance with the Pension Reform Act, 2004 from the National Pension Commission.
(vii) Evidence of certificate of compliance from the Industrial Training Fund.
(viii) Evidence of possession of experience as a Contractor, Service provider or Consultant in projects of similar nature and complexity by inclusion of verifiable letters of contract awards.
(ix) Evidence of financial capability, credit worthiness and availability of bank support if awarded the contract.
(x) A sworn affidavit that none of the Directors of the company is a member of staff of FRCN and no staff of FRCN has pecuniary interest in the company.
(xi) Any other useful information may be an added advantage.

(2.0) COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested companies are to collect bid documents from office of the Secretary, Parastatal Tenders’ Board (Room 19, 2nd Floor, Radio House) upon payment of non¬ refundable fee of N10,000 = (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per lot, payable to the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (Headquarters) through REMITA platform at any commercial bank in favour of FRCN. Evidence of such payment is to be presented at the point of collection of the bid documents, between 9.00am and 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays.

Each envelope, whether technical or financial, must state the lot number on the top-right corner. The name and address of the bidder, including valid contact telephone numbers must be clearly stated on the back of each envelope. Only technical bids will be opened on the bids’ opening day. Following the evaluation of the technical bids, the successful bidders shall be invited at a later date for the opening of the financial bids.
Bids are to be submitted on or before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 7th November, 2017 to FRCN, Radio House, Garki Abuja.

(i) All expenses incurred in the preparation and submission of any response to this invitation shall be borne solely by the interested participating company.
(ii) FRCN reserves the right to verify claims made by any bidder.
(iii) FRCN is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
(iv) Only short listed bidders will be invited for further consideration.
(v) This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of FRCN to contract any company, nor shall it entitle any company submitting documents to claim any indemnity.
(vi) Submission of bids through email or fax will not be accepted.
