INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR YEARS 2015/2016 (MERGED) PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE/PROGRAMME UPGRADE TETFUND INTERVENTION PROJECTS
Applications are hereby invited from reputable and interested contractors with relevant experience and good track records to apply for pre-qualification and tender for the following jobs to be financed by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) under the 2015/2016 (merged) Intervention Projects.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation and registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of valid Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2014, 2015 and 2016).
(c) Evidence of company audited accounts for the last three (3) years 2014, 2015 and 2016.
(d) Evidence of compliance with pension contribution by inclusion of current Pension Clearance Certificate issued by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM).
(e) Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No. 19 of 2011 by inclusion of current Industrial Training Fund certificate issued by the Industrial Training Fund.
(f) VAT registration certificate.
(g) Detailed company profile including curriculum vitae/professional qualification of key company staff.
(h) Evidence of verifiable financial capability/reference letter from a reputable bank (attach bank reference letter).
(i) Evidence of experience in jobs of similar nature and complexity executed within the last five years with verifiable letters of contract award and certificate of job completion.
(j) A sworn affidavit that all the information/documents provided is correct and verifiable by the organization,
(k) Evidence of payment of appropriate non-refundable fee.

Tender documents are to be collected from the Directorate of Procurement on the presentation of evidence of payment of the appropriate processing fee.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER DOCUMENTS
Spiral bound Pre-qualification and Tender documents in wax-sealed separate envelope with inscription ‘TETFUND 2015/2016 PROJECT (state lot number)” should be submitted not later than 12 noon on Monday, 23rd October, 2017 to the Registrar, College of Education, Ikere Ekiti.

OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDERS
The pre-qualification and tender documents will be opened on Monday, 23rd October, 2017 at 2.00 pm in the Council Chamber. Academic Building, College of Education, Ikere Ekiti, Interested bidders are hereby invited.

(i) That by the submission of pre-qualification and tender documents, the College of Education, Ikere – Ekiti is neither committed nor obliged to award any contract to any contractor/supplier or agent.
(ii) That this advertisement for invitation for pre-qualification and tender shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the College, nor shall entitle any contractor to make any claims whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from the College of Education, Ikere -Ekiti.
