INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS FOR THE EXECUTION OF 2017 CAPITAL PROJECTS
The NIIA wishes to invite qualified interested and eligible Contractors, suppliers and Service Providers to Bid for the following. Interested Organization/Companies should come, inspect and Bid for the following Projects.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  2. Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years (2014, 2015 and 2016)
  3. Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for 2017
  4. Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2014, with the inclusion of current PENCOM compliance clearance certificate 2017
  5. Evidence of VAT registration with TIN, from FIRS
  6. Evidence of interim Registration Report with the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) Database.
  7. Evidence of National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) registration.
  8. Company’s detailed profile with copy of the Memorandum of Association, Article of Association, and Partnership Deed etc.
  9. Registration with Relevant Professional Body.
  10. Evidence of financial and technical capability to execute the project (Bank Support)
  11. Verifiable evidence of certificate of award and completion of previous experience in similar jobs.
  12. Audited financial Report for the last 3 years (2014, 2015 and 2017)
  13. Sworn Affidavit confirming that all information presented/attached are true and correct.
SUBMISSION
All Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, paginated and properly bound, stating the specific project, on the top left corner of the envelope to the: Secretary Tenders Board, NIIA, Annex Building, Room 5
CLOSING AND OPENING OF BID
Submission of Bids closes on Wednesday 20th December, 2017 before 12 noon. Opening of received Bids will commence immediately after the deadline (six (6) weeks), at the NIIA Office, Conference Chambers on Thursday 21st December, 2017. All Bidders and or their Representative are invited to wishes the public Bid opening exercise accordingly.

  • False claims and failure to comply with the specifications/instructions above or to provide any listed documents may automatically disqualify the Bid.
  • Nothing in this advertisement shall be construed to commit on the Part of the Institute for acceptance of the Bid.
