INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Yenagoa, Bayelsa state hereby invites interested reputable companies with good track record of performance and experience to bid for the procurement of the under listed items/projects:

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY
All bids must be accompanied with the following
- Evidence of company registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC) and support documents showing that the ownership of the company is 51% owned by Nigerian(s) (CO2; CO7)
- Evidence of current three (3) years tax clearance certificate expiring 31st December 2017
- Evidence of similar previous jobs carried out in the last three (3) years including variable award letters and job completion certificates
- Bidding companies must have current:-
- ITF compliance certificate
- PENCOM compliance certificate
- NSITF compliance certificate
- Affidavit declaring the bidder free of pecuniary interest, falsification and prior conviction of the Nigerian content development and monitoring board and certifying that all information summited in the bid to be true and correct
- Interim registration report (IRR) as an evidence of registration on BPP’S national database of contractors/ consultants and service providers
- Relevant DPR permit
- Office presence within the oil and gas zone will be an advantage.
- Evidence of financial capability from a reputable bank including bank reference letter
- Evidence of professional registration as applicable
- Evidence of registration on NCDMB’s NOGICJQS platform
- Other information as contained in the tender documents
5) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested bidders are to collect bid documents from the procurement dept. upon the presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of #20,000. This payment can be made via various payment channels or through any bank as stated below: www.Remita.net- pay a government agency.

- Purpose of payment – click “Payment For Asset Disposal”
- Complete the form to obtain RRR number and make payment –before the closing date on this advert.
6) Submission/ opening of bid documents
- The tender document should be bound with the covering letter duly signed to reach the undersigned by Wednesday, December 20th At 12 Noon addressed to the:- The Head, Procurement Dept., Nigeria Content Development And Monitoring Board, Glasshouse, Isaac Boro Expressway, Opolo-Yenegoa.
- The technical and financial proposals should be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes and both placed in a bigger sealed envelope, clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope according to the tender service as indicated above:
- The tender documents must be delivered in the delivered in the tender box located on the ground floor, NCDMB head office, Opolo, Yenagoa.
- Companies delivering bids are expected to sign the “Tender Register” before delivery in the tender’s box.
- Bid document will be opened immediately after the close of submission at The Conference Room, 4th Floor Nigerian Content Development And Monitoring Board, Glasshouse, Isaac Boro Expressway, Oplo Yenagoa
- Submitting a tender dose not commit NCDMB to awarding contract to any bidder
