REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Email: info@nico.govThis is to refer to our advertisement in Vanguard Newspaper of Monday, 28 August, the national newspaper of Friday, 1^st September and Federal Tender Journal of Monday, 4^thSeptember, 2017 for EXPRESSION OF INTREST (EOI) engagement of consultants. All interested consultant and the general public are to note the following additional requirement and clarification:

3.0       Eligibility criteria

2016. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years -2014, 2015, 2016.
2017. Company audited account for the last three years- 2014, 2015, 2016.

• A sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committee institute for cultural orientation (NICO) or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that the information presented in such expression of interest is true and correct in all particulars.

1. Company profile including Curriculum Vitae and evidence of professional qualification of key staff.
2. Evidence of financial capability to execute the program including bank statement and reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating its willingness to provide credit fertilities for the execution of the programmed when needed.
3. Evidence of registration on the national database of Federal Contractors, Consultant and Service providers by submission ot interim registration report (IRR) expire on 1/1/2018 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.

• The following are expunged:

Evidence of VAT registration, remittance and tax identification number (TIN); and Detail of equipments and plant/ technology capability.

4.0   Submission, closing and opening date:

• The closing date for submission of interest is Wednesday, 16^th October, 2017 by 12noon and shall be opened immediately for preliminary evaluation (same date and time).
• The expression of interest is to be dropped in the tender box, 2^nd Floor, Procurement Unit, National Institution for Cultural Orientation, No. 23 Kigoma Street, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja.
• Consultants submitting expression of interest are expected to sign the expression of interest register at the designated location.
