The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organisation providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and  and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC been active in Nigeria since 2012, providing essential services for internally displaced persons and host communities in partnership with several international donors. The IRC is continuing its operations in North East Nigeria covering Adamawa, Borno & Yobe.

IRC wishes to invite suitable, qualified, competent registered Contractors/suppliers in Nigeria for submission of a proposal for construction of Tent with Chain Link & floor to IRC Nigeria Country program in Konduga, Mongunu, & Gwoza LGA of Borno State,
