Background:

The Nigeria Count Development and Monitoring Board (NCDME), Yenagoa, Bayelsa state hereby invite interested reputable ICT companies, consultancy firm and on the job training companies with good track record of performance of the procurement and experience to bid for the procurement of the underlisted

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY

All bids must be accompanied with the following:
         i.            Evidence of company registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC) and support documents showing that the ownership of the company is 51% owned   by a Nigeria(s)
       ii.            Evidence of current three (3) years tax clearance certificate expiring 31st Dec,  2017
      iii.            Evidence of similar previous job carried out in the last three (3) years including verifiable award and job completion certificates
     iv.            It must have a current:
a)      ITF Compliance certificate
b)      PENCOM compliance certificate
c)       NSITF Compliance certificate

       v.            Affidavit declaring the bidder free of pecuniary interest, falsification and prior conviction of any of the content Development board and certifying that all information submitted in the bid to be true and correct
     vi.            Interim Registration report(IRR) as an evidence of registration on the National database of contractor/consultant and service providers
    vii.            Relevant DPR permit
  viii.            Office presence within the oil and gas zone will be an advantage.
     ix.            Evidence of financial capability from a reputable bank including bank reference letter
       x.            Evidence of cisco partnership and distributorship for LOT3\
     xi.            Other information as contained in the tender document

5) COLLECTION OF THE TENDE DOCUMENTS
Interested bidders are to collect bid documents from the dept. upon the presentation of evidence of payment of a non- refundable tender free of #20,000. This payment can be via various payment channels or through any bank as stated below: www.Remita.net__ pay a government agency.

6)  SUBMISSION/ OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS
         i.            The tender document should be bound with the covering letter duly singed to reach the undersigned by Wednesday, November 15th, 2017 at 12noon address to:  The head of procurement dept., Nigeria content development and monitoring board GLASSHOUSE, Isaac boro Express, opolo- Yenagoa.
       ii.            The technical and financing proposal should be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelops and both place in  a bigger scaled envelopes clearly according to the tender service as indicated above:
      iii.            The tender document must be delivered in the tender box located on the ground floor,  NCDMB Head office, opolol, Yenagoa.
     iv.            Companies delivering bid are expected to sign the tender register before delivery in the tender box.
       v.            Bid document will be opened immediately after the close of submission at the conference room, 4th floor, Nigeria content development and monitoring board, glasshouse, Isaac boro expressway, opolo yenagoa
     vi.            Submitting a tender does not commit NCDMB to awarding contract to any bidder
