INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS FOR THE EXECUTION OF YEAR 2017 CAPITAL PROJECTS

CORRIGENDUM

The Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, hereby makes the following corrections to our earlier advertisement as captioned above, published on Monday, August 14, 2017 in the Nigerian Tribune, The Nation and Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, August 21 to Sunday, September 3, 2017 as follows:

(1) Tender document fees have been reduced from N25,000.00 to N 10,000.00. Contractors who had already paid N25,000.00 would be refunded the amount of N15,000.00.

(2) The deadline for the submission of Technical and Financial Bids earlier fixed on Monday, 11th September 2017 has now been extended till 12:00noon on Wednesday, 20th September 2017.

Please note that Technical Bids would be opened immediately after the deadline.

Firms whose Technical Bids fulfil the minimum requirements would be invited for the opening of their Financial Bids at a later date to be communicated to them, while the Financial Bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened.

All other information as contained in the earlier advertisement remain unchanged.
