RE: INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR EXECUTION OF YEAR 2017 CAPITAL PROJECTS

Please refer to the above advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday August 20, 2017, Vanguard and Daily Trust of Monday August.

The Service wish to make the following assertions and this supersedes the earlier statement made in the advertisement on the same subject matter.
i) The tender fee has been reduced to Ten Thousand Naira (10, 000.00) only per Lot.
ii) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate (2017).
iii) Evidence of registration on the National Database of the Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 1/1/2018 or valid certificate issued by BPP.
iv) VAT registration certificate with evidence of remittance to FIRS in the past three years (2014, 2015 & 2016) is expunged from the eligibility requirements.

The closing date for the submission of bid documents is hereby extended from the initial Monday September 18, 2017 to Tuesday October 3, 2017.

Other information as contained in the previous advertisement remains valid.
