 INVITATION TO TENDER

The Ministry of Environment Sokoto, Sokoto State request for tender for the purchase of Ten (10) Nos Refuse Evacuation Trucks.

Interested Contractors shall have the following:

1. company Profile
2. registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
3. registration with Sokoto State Tenders Board
4. registration with State BPP and PPP
5. registration with State Ministry of Commerce, Industries and Tourism
6. up to date Tax Clearance

Bidders are advised to:

• come to the office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Environment Sokoto Block 3 Shehu Kangiwa Secretariat for specification
• prepare a bill in that respect

Submit all relevant documents in sealed envelope and the title of the project to the office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Environment Sokoto block 3 Shehu Kangiwa Secretariat Sokoto, 2 weeks from the date of this publication.

PUBLIC BID OPENING

All bids will be opened on the 6^th December, 2017 at the Conference Hall of the Ministry by 12:00pm prompt.
