INTRODUCTION
The Cross River State universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Acts, 2007 intends to undertake the execution of the under listed projects under the 2016 UBE MATCHING GRANT. To this end, reputable and competent contractors with good track record of performance and experience are invited to tender for the under listed projects.
The Cross River State universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Acts, 2007 intends to undertake the execution of the under listed projects under the 2016 UBE MATCHING GRANT. (3) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(i) A singed letter of application for each of the lots applied for.
(ii) Evidence of Incorporation in Nigeria (CAC forms C02 and C07).
(iii) Current Tax Clearance Certificate, (that is, expiring on 31/12/2017).
(iv) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) current registration
(v) Evidence of PENCOM Registration
(vi) Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
(vii) Immediate past three years’ audited accounts of the company (2014, 2015 and 2016) or statement of Affairs.
(viii) Certificate of Registration with Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau, Calabar as a contractor.
(ix) Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) and TIN.
(x) Evidence of key professional staff with relevant experience and registration with professional Bodies (Attach curriculum vitae and certificates).
(xi) Affidavit that no SUBEB staff is a director and that all information given with respect to this advert are true.
(xii) Evidence of financial capability and availability of bank support.
(xiii) A sworn affidavit that none of the Directors of the company has been convicted for a criminal offence including fraud or financial impropriety.
(xiv) All certificates used for this bidding exercise should be in coloured photocopies.

Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs successfully executed within the last five years. Such evidence shall be in form of valid letters of award of contract, contract agreement and completion certificate or interim payment certificates where such jobs are still in progress. Proven integrity of performed projects is an added advantage.
