TENDER NOTICE

Notice is hereby given by the central bank of Nigeria on behalf of DMO that the Federal Government of Nigeria Treasury Bill 0f 91, 182 and 364-day tenors amounting to N23,055,473,000 N23,432,803,000 and N54,353,587,000 respectively would be issued by Dutch auction on Thursday, November 02, 2017.

All Money Market Dealers should submit bids through the CBN S4 WEB INTERFACE between 9.00 a.m.  and 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 01, 2017.

Each bid must be in multiple of N1,000 subject to a minimum of N50,001,000. Authorized Money Market Dealers are allowed to submit multiple bids. A bid may be for authorized Money Market Dealers own account, Non-Money Market Dealers or interested members of the public. The result of the auction would be announced by 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 01, 2017. The Bank reserves the right to reject any bid.

Allotment letters would be issued for successful bids on Thursday, November 02, 2017, while payment for the successful bids should be made to your account with Central Bank of Nigeria not later than  11.00 a.m. on Thursday, November 02, 2017.

The Society for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention (SFAFP) is a professional association established to provide machinery for training, supervision and regulation of the practice of Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention with a view of protecting the interest of parties to a contract of domestic, commercial and industrial management of financial and human resources.

Its primary objective is to facilitate fair view concept in stewardship accounting and contractual relationship.

In compliance with SFAFP’s Constitutional Provisions as enshrined in Article 14, Firms of External Auditors are hereby invited to submit their proposal for the Annual Audit of SFAFP Accounts. This engagement is in line with the requirements of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) and other extant Laws and Regulations.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
i. Verifiable evidence of certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of certificate of Incorporation;
ii. Verifiable evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2014 – 2016);
iii. Verifiable evidence of Compliance with the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011 by inclusion of Compliance Certificate from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for (2017);
iv. Verifiable evidence compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004, by inclusion of Compliance Certificate from the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) for 2017;
v. Verifiable evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers with the Bureau of Public procurement (BPP); by submission of the Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of compliance (2017) and above;
vi. Verifiable evidence of Compliance with the Employees Compensation Act which requires all employers of labour to remit 1% of the total annual emolument of workers to the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) (2017);
vii. Verifiable evidence of the Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years from a professional registered with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (2014 – 2016);
viii. Sworn affidavit (2017):
a. Of the company not being in receivership or insolvency or bankruptcy;
b. Disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the procuring entity or BPP is a former or present Director who has any pecuniary interest in the bidder;
c. Of not having any Director who has been convicted in any country for any criminal offence;
d. Confirming that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all submission;
e. Of not having any Director current or retired who has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder.
4.2 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
i. Detailed Company Profile showing verifiable evidence of possession of experience in the similar job and submission of at least three projects of similar nature and complexity applied for with Letters of award, job completion certificates;
ii. Evidence of possession of adequate qualified personnel with their Curriculum Vitae and professional qualification (COREN, ARCON, CORBON & QSRBN) and Project Manager of at least 10 years’ experience;
iii. Verifiable evidence of financial capability to execute the project from a reputable bank of the Firm/Company;
iv. Verifiable evidence of a non-refundable payment of N20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only through TSA Remita – Gurara Water Management Authority Platform;
v. Verifiable evidence of Tools and Equipment to be used and their locations as well as whether the Tools or Equipment are by lease or owned.
NOTE: Proposal must be paginated and items required above to be arranged in the order of sequence as listed.
5.0 PAYMENT FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS
All bidders are advised to contact their Banks for the code upon which payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only would be affected.
